About the event

Whether you're a seasoned mycophile (that's a mushroom devotee for the uninitiated), or simply curious about the fungi popping up underfoot, this event is a chance to explore the magical kingdom of mushrooms in a place that's simply bursting with so many different types.

Led by Tammy and Fran from the MWT team, on this guided walk we will discover what's fruiting in the fairways this autumn.

We'll be keeping our eyes peeled for rare waxcaps and other colourful grassland fungi in particular, as well as finding out what their presence tells us.

Booking is essential. Further details will be provided upon booking. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
