Most people know about Cors Dyfi because of the wonderful Dyfi Osprey Project but as I discuss in this blog, there is a lot more to the reserve than the spectacular fish-eating birds.
A wild area of saltmarsh, rush pasture and mire bordering the River Dyfi. An important part of the Dyfi Estuary and Montgomeryshire's only coast!
Familiar as the bristly plant that easily hooks on to our clothing as we walk through the countryside or do the gardening, cleavers uses its hooks to help it climb and to disperse its seeds.
