About the event

Disconnect from technology and immerse yourself in nature, for two hours of reflective reconnection. Learn how the rapid development of civilization has left us detached from our ecosystem and how we can reconnect through mindfulness, bringing benefits to our health and wellbeing and nature at the same time.

With a combination of mindful and practical activities, you will learn techniques to relax in, reconnect with and discover nature.

This event is taking place as part of the Welcome Home to Nature project, which is led by Gregynog, in partnership with Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust. The project is funded by the Nature Networks Fund, which is a Welsh Government fund developed in partnership with Natural Resources Wales administered by the National Heritage Lottery Fund (NHLF) on behalf of Welsh Government.
