About the event

Join us for a special evening celebrating these avian masters at Great Hope Farm, where John and Lesley Cookson have spent years perfecting swift nest box designs with remarkable success. Hear what’s worked (and what hasn’t) and enjoy the thrill of watching and listening to swifts in action*. We’ll round off the evening with a relaxed drink as these incredible birds take to the skies.

Thank you to the players of the Postcode Lottery for enabling us to run this event.

*This is a busy breeding site for the species, and we hope to see lots of activity, but please bear in mind that the spectacle can depend on the weather.
