44th Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust AGM
About the event
MWT will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 13th October 2026 at 7pm at The Royal Oak Hotel, Welshpool.
After AGM business, there will be a talk by Head of Conservation Alison Alexander on one of the Trust's latest and most exciting projects, 'Grazing on the Rocks' – which sees Llanymynech Golf Club, Helen Upson of conservation grazing enterprise Pori Bach, and local butterfly expert Dr Simon Spencer working together to restore rare wildlife-rich grasslands on Llanymynech Rocks to their former glory.
The meeting is open to all but only members of the Trust will be able to vote.
If possible, please contact eley@montwt.co.uk in advance and provide your name(s) and membership number to book your place.
The Proxy Vote Form, AGM Agenda, previous AGM minutes and MWT Trustee bios are all available to download below. The Annual Review 2025/26 and previous AGM minutes will also be available online shortly.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider using a Proxy Vote. The AGM is a legal requirement for the Trust and members are asked to vote at the AGM on several agenda items including the adoption of the Annual Accounts and the election of new Trustees. If we fail to reach a quorum of members we cannot vote on these matters.
