Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust (MWT) needs help carrying out habitat management and surveys for the rare Pearl-bordered Fritillary butterfly (or 'PBF' for short) and other threatened wildlife.

The Friends of PBFs volunteer group have been doing just that on sites near Welshpool, and new volunteers are always welcome. We are also seeking help with butterfly surveys on Golfa Common.
