Your Wildlife Trust Needs You!

We challenge you to recruit a new member!

Tell your friends, relatives and work colleagues about us.

You only need to find one new member, if everybody did this our membership would be doubled!

Get a free Eco Bag for each new member you recruit between now and the end of 2007! Usually £3.00 from our Trust Shop!!

Can you help us?

As a charity we rely on the commitment of our volunteers and members – you can help us in the following ways

  • Help promote the Trust - put up a poster in your village/town, community hall or local school. Pass on a copy of “The Otter” when you have read it, or bring someone with you when you attend a Trust event.
  • Help at Trust Events & fundraising activities – contact Sandy or Judi if you are interested.
  • Why not raise funds for your Trust by organising a sponsored event?
  • Join our regular work party and help out on our reserves – contact our Reserves Officer Tony Senior.
  • Biological recordings – these records are key to our work throughout Montgomeryshire, if you habitually note the wildlife you see on our reserves or in the wider countryside, you could help us by becoming a Biological Recorder! Contact Tammy or download a Recording Form coming soon to our website.
  • Wildlife Surveys – We regularly undertake species surveys in the Montgomeryshire area and volunteers are often needed to assist. If you are interested in helping please contact Tammy.

Who do you work for?

The Trust urgently needs to raise core funding and has recently introduced a Business Membership Scheme and Sponsorship Programme. Can your company or employer help us by becoming a Business Member, or by supporting one of our sponsorship programmes? If you think you can help contact Michaela or Sandy for further information.
