Estelle Bailey – Chief Executive
My main task is ensuring that the strategic aims of the Trustees are carried out by staff and volunteers, together with representing MWT externally, at meetings with partners and with other Wildlife Trusts. estelle@montwt.co.uk

Eley Hart - Operations Manager
I am responsible for the overall administration needs of the Trust, whether that is for the staff, the members, the Trustees or the general public. eley@montwt.co.uk

Carla Kenyon - Grants Manager
I am repsonsible for managing the claim process for all the grant awards. Implementing the claim procedure for each LIVE grant making sure claims are submitted on time and that the funds are then documented accordingly. carla@montwt.co.uk

Sandy Scott - Membership Officer
I am responsible for the Trust membership; this includes undertaking renewal mailings, subscription collections and keeping the database up-to-date. I also undertake a number of administrative functions. sandy@montwt.co.uk

Abi Crutcher - Education Officer
It's my job to develop the Trust's educational work throughout Montgomeryshire. I work mostly with children doing outreach work in schools and leading groups on our Nature Reserves. abi@montwt.co.uk

Mel Chandler - Community Partnerships Officer
I work within the People & Wildlife Team to foster a culture of respect and understanding about the natural environment. mel@montwt.co.uk

Tammy Stretton - Conservation Officer
I work with staff and volunteers to ensure that our special wildlife is monitored and our Nature Reserves managed effectively, whilst providing advice on all things fluffy, colourful & slimey. I also maintain the Trust website. tammy@montwt.co.uk

Rob Haigh - Reserves Officer
I've got the exciting job of looking after the Trust's 20 Nature Reserves for wildlife and for people. I have a dedicated volunteer work crew to help me achieve our work. rob@montwt.co.uk

Clive Faulkner - Pumlumon Project Ecologist
My role is to deliver a visionary conservation plan for the varied habitats and species within the Pumlumon area. clive@montwt.co.uk

Liz Lewis-Reddy - Agricultural Ecologist
I work with landowners and contractors to deliver the objectives of the Pumlumon Project on the ground. I'm also responsible for all the Trust's agricultural interests and provide advice and support on grazing management throughout Montgomeryshire. liz@montwt.co.uk

Stephen Hughes - Pumlumon Project Officer
My main job is to push for positive economic and social outcomes from our Living Landscapes Project around Pumlumon. Where necessary, I also provide an economist's input to other Trust activities. stephen@montwt.co.uk

Emyr Evans - Dyfi Osprey Project Manager
I run the Dyfi Osprey Project at our Cors Dyfi Nature Reserve, where a pair of Ospreys have been attempting to breed on an artificial nest platform provided by the Trust. emyr@montwt.co.uk

Janine Pannett - Dyfi Osprey Project Officer
I engage with many of the 50,000 visitors we have to the Dyfi Osprey Project each year. I inform and field questions from visitors about the Dyfi ospreys, other ospreys and birds, as well as wildlife in general. janine@montwt.co.uk

Alwyn Evans - Dyfi Osprey Project Officer
