Festival Puts Spotlight on County’s Wildlife

A celebration of Montgomeryshire’s wildlife is being held at Llyn Coed y Dinas Nature Reserve in Welshpool. The Festival of Wildlife, run by the Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust, aims to raise awareness of the variety of species and habitats the county has to offer, while also showcasing the work of the Trust across Montgomeryshire.

One Man, One Mission, One Mile of Wire!

On Tuesday 19th May 2015, one man will face the ultimate challenge in his ongoing mission to help wildlife. Clive Faulkner, CEO of Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust, will be travelling to Zip World in Bethesda to complete the longest Zip Wire in Europe at speeds of up to 100mph to raise money for the Dolforwyn Woods Appeal.
